Who is responsible

This website is operated by LEGACY. Questions about this policy, or about any information you have sent, go to info@legacyits.com.

What is collected

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you provide one, the category you select, and your message. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.

Why it is collected

To read your message and reply to it. It is not used for marketing lists, it is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone beyond the providers listed below.

How long it is kept

Your message is delivered as an email and stays in that mailbox. There is no database and no CRM behind this website. To have a message deleted, write to info@legacyits.com and it will be removed from the mailbox.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the network requests that reach it.
• Resend delivers the contact form message as an email.
• Google reCAPTCHA checks that the form was submitted by a person. It loads only on the contact page, and it sends technical information about that visit to Google. Google's own privacy terms apply to that processing.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Traffic is measured at the network level by Cloudflare, which does not require a script on the page and does not identify you. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies on the contact page as part of its abuse checks.

Your rights

You can ask what information about you exists here, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@legacyits.com and it will be handled.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
